HelenCappetto.com "Winning is Losing"

At the age of 82, Helen Cappetto, of Grand Junction, Colorado, won her battle with weight by losing 80 pounds. To document her journey and to give encouragement to others, Helen wrote "Winning is Losing." Helen's website is a showcase for her book and her accomplishment.

Though small, every time I look at her website I remember how much I love it and how much I enjoyed creating it.
